Dan is a highly regarded Golf Professional with 20 years of experience as a Class A PGA member. During his career, Dan has assisted or managed some of the most prestigious clubs in California, including, Redlands C.C., San Gabriel C.C. and Chevy Chase C.C. Dan has long had a strong passion for the game, achieving competitive success collegiately, and as a professional. Career highlights include:
• NCAA Division II All American
• Competitor at the Nissan Open at Riviera C.C. (PGA Tour)
• Contestant, USPGA and European Tour School
• Competitor at the PGA Senior Championship at Oak Tree C.C.
• Southern Cal. PGA Inland Empire Merchandiser and Golf
• Professional of the Year
• Holds 2 course records: Chevy Chase C.C. in Glendale Ca. 57 (-9) and at Gulf Harbor Country Club in Fort Myers, Fl. 64(-8)
Dan loves to teach and share his passion and knowledge of the game. His philosophy is simple and effective. He believes success comes from understanding why the golf ball "goes where it goes". He explains this as learning the 5 Ball Flight Laws and building a swing using these Laws as a basis to improve flight. Dan has coached and mentored players at all levels and is proud of all his students, especially those who have gone on to play at Division I schools and professionally. Not matter what your current ability or aspirations, Dan will develop a customized instruction program to help you reach your goals and have more fun on the course.
